Vision plans

Pfaffmann + Associates has extensive experience in the Strip District, with projects ranging in scale from large urban development proposals to identity, signage and wayfinding designs. Recent projects include a proposal to convert a former city tow pound into a modern village of single-family "modernist industrial cottages", a study for a "History District" around the History Center, a concept plan to connect the History Center to the waterfront, and a major redevelopment study for the historic Produce Terminal.
