Vision plan

The Civic Arena is an innovative architectural and engineering landmark that can have new life as civic space for the Lower Hill and support the vital reconnection of the Hill community and Downtown Pittsburgh. P+A has carefully developed a renewal proposal that is framed to elevate the dialogue and foster ideas in an open and inclusive civic engagement process.
