Vision plan

Building on a community-supported master plan for East Liberty, P+A facilitated a series of community planning meetings to examine the future of Bakery Row — a convergence point in the East End along Penn Avenue for seven distinct neighborhoods facing redevelopment pressures and opportunities due to changing market forces.
