P+A developed design guidelines and zoning language for the Borough of Sewickley's village-scale commercial core to help ensure appropriate future development sized to enhance the district's economic health and visual attractiveness. Recommendations covered building massing and composition, land use patterns, transparency, public outdoor space, building materials, fencing and screening requirements, color palettes, and more.
