This 150,000-square-foot, speculative office building departs from the developer's conventional box through its sense of entry (drawn from its location near the Pittsburgh International Airport); projecting glass wings that illuminate the interior; and employee amenities such as a walled garden of native plants, a 120-seat cafe and a 3,000-square-foot fitness facility.
