In addition to building shell and core services, P+A provided full-scope interior design services for the 150,000-square-foot headquarters of NOVA Chemicals. The facility's ground floor contains a wide range of functional areas, including a conference center, corporate library, training rooms, cafe and fitness facility. All of these spaces open to a walled garden featuring native Western Pennsylvania plantings. On the upper floor, a softly curved path was created running from the elevator core to the cantilevered conference rooms and executive offices — easing wayfinding and creating a sense of place.
