As part of the team revitalizing Point State Park, Pfaffmann + Associates is assisting landscape architect Pressley Associates as architectural and urban design consultant. P+A is assessing and proposing renovations and new construction within the 36-acre park, including a new visitors center, festival barge, restrooms, cafe and stage. In addition, P+A is developing access concepts to better link the restored park to the urban fabric, water and riverfront trails.
